On souhaite pouvoir disposer d'une boot fonctionnelle facile à chausser, confortable pour envisager une pratique assidue, et offrant un excellent maintien pour progresser en toute quiétude. C'est à ce cahier des charges que Burton s'est appliqué de répondre avec la Zipline. Un chausson qui vient épouser la forme du pied sous l'effet de la chaleur corporelle pour un fit parfait, une semelle inspirée des modèles adultes pour un amorti de qualité et un toucher de neige impeccable. On retrouve aussi un système de fermeture dernière génération, on ne peut plus fonctionnel, pour un maintien homogène du pied dans la boots.
